About the project
The first two PRIMA buildings in Bratislava were acquired in 2008, followed by an additional property in Nitra in 2016. After a period of consolidation, the portfolio grew again with the acquisition of NUKLEON in Trnava and TARIF in Bratislava in 2024.
The latest addition, accommodation in Galanta, was completed in 2026, further strengthening the group’s regional presence and operational scale.
Thanks to GRAU Group, Bratislava’s PRIMA Housing IC 15 underwent a major renovation in 2023 at a cost of EUR 1.3 million, with room renovations, common areas and insulation completed in 2024. Older software has also been revitalised and replaced with new modern systems.
SUCCESS
With a capacity of more than 3,200 beds, PRIMA is the largest network of hostels in Slovakia.
Currently, PRIMA properties have a total value of more than €70+m, also thanks to the acquisition of new buildings.
